Client: Directorate of Airports of the Ministry of Public Works of Chile (MOP).
Date: 2020-2023.
Scope: Determine the new vertical and horizontal infrastructure, necessary to satisfy the projected demand for the next 20 years, and develop the design at the preliminary project level including:

- Diagnosis of existing facilities.
- Demand Projection.
- Development of Master Plan.
- Development of Engineering and Architecture of the new facilities (New Terminal Building, New Aircraft Parking Platform, new access road and interior, new vehicle parking, support facilities).
- Development of environmental studies (DIA) and monitoring until obtaining RCA.
- Social evaluation and monitoring until obtaining a favorable report.
Investment: $641 million
Current status: Under development (2023).
