Client: Directorate of Airports of the Ministry of Public Works of Chile (MOP).

Scope: Determine the new vertical and horizontal infrastructure, to be executed by the third concession to satisfy the projected demand for 20 years, and develop its design at the preliminary project level including:
- Expansion and remodeling of the Terminal Building (16,000 m2).
- Expansion of the Av. Comercial Platform from 5 to 10 positions.
- Expansion of Av. General Platform from 2 to 8 positions.
- Aircraft movement area standardization works.
- Construction of the New Aeronautical Complex (16,000 m2): Ed. ARO, access controls, kennels, casino, ed. administrative, ed. logistics, electrical substation.
- Expansion of roads and parking lots from 441 to 579 stalls.
- Support Facilities: drinking water, sewage, landscaping, visual aids.
Investment: USD 70 millones (obras).
Current status: Final Engineering (2023).
